During these unprecedented times, the well-being of our clients, agents and our greater community in Central PA remains a top priority.
As our industry is largely a contact-based business, we understand the special responsibility we have to slow the spread and flatten the curve. With Governor Wolf’s order to close down non-essential businesses, including real estate, we have taken action to comply by ensuring no-physical contact during this time. With that said, we consider housing as essential and life-sustaining and will continue to advocate for it as such, knowing that to progress we will have to continue to make adjustments and take strong precautions. Our national, state and local associations are working tirelessly towards solutions that will allow for contingencies to be met, contracts to close and real estate to continue to be sold during the coming days and weeks.
In the meantime, our physical office will remain closed, but our office phone line is open and our agents readily available! We are working remotely and can discuss and offer advice on selling your home, buying a home, walk you through the steps to get pre-qualified and set you up to receive property alerts so that we are ready for an active market in coming weeks. We are encouraged to believe that the housing market will be just as strong once the dust has settled and we remain steadfast in our commitment to assist you with any questions or concerns during this time.
We appreciate your continued support and extend our hope that you and your family stay healthy and safe!
