Michele could not have been a better choice for us to find our new home in Lancaster, County moving here from NJ. We looked at a lot of places all over the county trying to find our ideal home! She was always there for us during this process. Always professional. Always personal. Always a joy to work with!

Then when we had delays because of required repairs on the house we were selling in NJ, she assured the seller that we were going buy and to be patient with us. 5 stars is not a high enough rating!

On Zillow, we put in to look at a house and Michele was assigned to us. She promptly responded and was incredibly knowledgeable. It was her first time showing the house, but she did her homework and knew the house inside and out. Throughout our process of having to break a contract- and see another house and then settle on a different house, Michele was amazing. I would be more than comfortable recommending her to anyone. She has great local knowledge, she was informative about the entire process, and was always quick with answering our questions.

Michele is fantastic!! My husband and I moved to the Manheim area from Texas, and Michele was very flexible in working with our travel schedule. I especially appreciate that she worked with us for about a year and was patient as we worked out the details of our move. Highly recommend!

John is truly the best of the best. I was very indecisive about what I was looking for or what I wanted, but he was patient and helped me look at multiple properties that each had something different to offer. With each property, he asked questions and tried to help me visualize myself in each space without pressuring me into a sale. He knows the Lancaster area inside and out, eventually helping me find the perfect fit for me. John is honest and a man of integrity, and will be the only realtor I’d go back to.
